Maximizing Revenue, Talent and Potential in the Sales Organization

The need to manage revenue in a more unified manner across any channel or department has become essential. The approaches in managing the operational efficiency and effective performance differently is resulting in less than expected outcomes. To accomplish this goal has led to the establishment of revenue performance management that unifies the leadership of people and processes through using information and technology to streamline the engagement of the teams but improve the operations to support it.

This Benchmark Survey seeks to understand how organizations manage the performance of sales of any type in any channel and department to understand how far organizations have progressed. 

Are You Qualified? The survey for this research study is designed for business professionals who are involved with sales and revenue leadership and associated areas supporting it in finance and operations. Those in operations and analyst roles to sales managers and executives and supporting IT professionals are welcome to participate. Solution providers, software vendors, consultants, academics, media and systems integrators may participate in the survey, but they are not eligible for incentives and their input will be used only if they meet the qualifications. Incentives are provided to qualified participants in the research and are conditional on providing accurate and complete contact information including company name, title and business email address that can be verified via LinkedIn and is used for fulfillment of incentives.
